Brand work is never about the clothes, the car, or the street. It is about a person standing still long enough for you to see them — and the quiet architecture that makes that possible.
When a commercial shoot ends, I stay a little longer. These are the frames made when the client has packed up and the person in front of me finally exhales. Some strangers. Some close friends. All shot between 16:00 and dusk.
I don't do busy portraits. I wait until the face forgets the camera — then I press the shutter. That moment is usually only one frame long.
